Overall good condition.  Written by the father of pan-Africanism, this book explores Africa's role in world history and the creation of the modern world.  W.E.B DuBois received a doctorate from Harvard. He was a founder of the NAACP. 75 years later, he remains part of the lexicon of colonialism, slavery and race relations. His writing style is smooth and clear, a joy to read.
