First Edition hardcover. Fine condition, navy cloth with gold foil stamping. Navy cloth slipcase with illustrated cover and gold foil stamping in very good condition; some fraying along bottom edges. This volume includes reproductions of all the illuminations in the original 1649 manuscript plus selected text pages, each with commentary by the author. The publication accompanied the Getty Museum's exhibition of the same name which ran from May 9 to July 30, 2000.
