Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good.  First edition, first issue, lacking the dedication page as issued. With "Seymore" instead of Seymour on page 173. Dustjacket, unclipped, has light wear, small tears, some discoloration. Text block is solid,  has browning on edges An exceptionally scarce issue - some knowledgeable sources have speculated that fewer than 100 of this issue were released before they were reissued with a tipped-in dedication page, although we suspect the number is substantially higher. Still, an uncommon issue.
