Color illustrated (including vignette portrait of RLS); written and illuminated edition,  Ivory-colored printed paper-covered boards, no dj. Foxing on endpapers Boards are toned, spine has one-inch tear.  Red title to spine and cover, are well preserved,. The outside is a little shabby. Interior is still stunning, with uncut pages, bright calligraphic text and brilliant colors.
