Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Rare original 1891 first English edition of Henrik Ibsen's "Hedda Gabler." The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The covers have some light soiling and wear. The binding is good and sound, slight spine lean. The interior is lightly toned from age with no foxing.  It's a nice copy. The frontispiece portrait (unforgettable) has a tissue cover bound. 4 additional pages of ads at the rear. Inscription by previous owner on half-title that is a bit smudged.
